Journal of Law and Social Politics is a medium of communication for researchers, academics, and practitioners from around the world covering issues such as law and society, with a particular emphasis on the legal dimensions of social justice, human rights, and governance.

Journal of Law and Social Politics publishes comprehensive research articles and reviews by leading experts in the field. Selected articles that have high scientific achievements, provide important new knowledge, and are of high benefit for the public, and to contribute to a deeper understanding of the complex legal and social challenges facing contemporary societies.

Journal of Law and Social Politics was first published in 2023 and is regularly published twice per year.
